JOB Description & Responsibilities

    • Exploring and developing new business opportunities in overseas market.
    • Research and explore potential global market and prepare timely report on geographical location basis.
    • Study and monitor the current global market and prepare report on product and region basis and identify the untapped potential market.
    • Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them to provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management.
    • Generate lead and export sales.
    • Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales.
    • Working with and evaluate selected freight forwarders.     
    • Take care of export documentations, liaison with various government and non government department like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping company etc.
    • Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping and routing of product
    • Generate all required export documentation; i.e. airway bills, bill of lading, invoices, packing lists and letters of credit when needed.
    • Coordinate export shipments from origin until final destination to execute complete export cycle.
    • Raising efficiency in functions of customer acquisition, product sale, compliance, logistics etc.
    • Keep all filing customer folders up to date.

     

Required Skills

    • Professional interpersonal and communication ability in English and Arabic.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in export and international market development.
    • Well conversant with Office Applications and internet communication .
    • University degree qualification.
    • Should have strong leadership quality
    • Ability to negotiation independently and make decision quickly .
    • Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hard working, dedicated and target oriented
